Our shoes are pretty true to size, similar to that of a typical Nike or New Balance (D width) sneaker. If you are a half size, we reccomend, going up a size (i.e. if you are size 6.5 order a size 7)

Unfortunately, we do not have added arch support in our shoes. However, most of our selection is padded with an orthotic insole to provide extra comfort for anyone who ever puts on a NEDU shoe.
